Step 1: Dashboard > Store Manager
Step 3: Enter Product price and details. An example is provided below:
Step 4: Enter Product photos and select subcategories that apply to your product.
Step 5: Enter Product attributes.
*No changes are necessary for Inventory unless you have more than 1 of this exact product to sell.
Your item will be uploaded in a swish.
HOW TO MANAGE YOUR PRODUCTS
Go to Dashboard > Store Manager > Products.
HOW TO VIEW AND REPLY TO INQUIRIES
Option 1: Dashboard > Store Manager > Home
Option 2: You will receive an email notification when there is a new inquiry regarding one of your products. Access the inquiry by clicking the link sent via email.
HOW TO VIEW ORDERS
Option 1: Dashboard > Store Manager > Orders
*The Admin Fee is the consignment fee due to Swish which will be automatically deducted from the seller’s earnings.
Option 2: View order details through email. You will receive an email when any of your products are sold.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU RECEIVE AN ORDER
When you receive the “New Store Order” email:
Keep checking your emails as the Swish team will contact you to confirm the date/time of item collection and provide packaging instructions.
1. Place your item in a presentable bag or box. This can be a recycled paper bag, gift bag, box, etc. You may also wrap the item with kite paper if you have (but not at all necessary).
2. Tape or staple it shut.
3. Label with the delivery address provided.
WHEN YOU RECEIVE EARNINGS AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED
You will receive your earnings in your Swish Wallet within one (1) business day after the driver collects your item(s).
You will be notified via email about your new Swish Wallet balance.
HOW TO CASH OUT STORE CREDIT
Step 1: Dashboard > Cash Out Wallet.
Step 2: Fill out the required information and submit.
